Sunrise above the clouds..Mt Fuji

What comes first… when I have tough about Japan??
It was the Mount Fuji.
I have heard the name of Fuji since I have born. Because it sounds just like as my father’s nickname Puji (Purevsuren) :)
Morning, July 10. At 7:00 our trip started from Tokushima to Shizuoka where the Fuji Mountain is located. It is about 700km distance. Our purpose of trip was to climb Mt Fuji and see the sunrise from the top.
Misha, who is organizing this trip, was well prepared. Comfortable car and navigator made our trip safer. The 3 singers Herlen, Zula and Handa sung all the way. We drive about 8 hours, but it doesn't seem so long. Thank you for good singers :)
In the same day, evening we came already to Temujin Camp, it is a Mongolian tourist camp located just front of Fuji Mountain. We rest there, ate some Huushuur and prepared for climbing Mt.Fuji.
Start… at dark, with hand light, with only purpose… go to the TOP.
Total height is 3776m, for me who never climb before, this number was scary. But many people climb, then I should can.. I was thinking.. and pushed myself..
It was difficult. And it check’s how well athletic is you. Specially would say that for me last 300m from 3460m - to 3776m was the most challenging because of the steepness and thin air which keeps many people from reaching the top.
Many people return from the 3590m, but also many did climb on the top.
At 4:30 a.m just before few minutes from sunrise me, and my friends did climb on the top too.
We did it ! UUHAI UUHAI…
It was amazing beautiful to see sunrise from the top, above the clouds… It was unimaginable happiness to reach to the point you have tried so much.
It was the Naadam day, July 11.

Huushuur: Mongolian traditional food
Naadam: Mongolian traditional festival
